I had a most positive experience at Cram Osteopath which started before leaving home. I was sent an introductory email with a link to YouTube showing what I should expect during my first visit. The staff at Cram are most professional and welcoming. COVID precautions are in place. I was “talked and walked” through what I was about to experience regarding my treatment which was most reassuring. I am glad to have been introduced to Cram Osteopathy which is “professional” in all aspects. I will happily continue my treatment and recovery at this first class establishment.

Absolutely fantastic Osteopath, I feel better after only 1 treatment! Joanna is so friendly and informative she took the time to explain what she thought the problem was, what she was going to do to treat it, why she was doing what she was doing and what the outcome after treatment will be. And she also advised me of exercises I should be doing for my neck and back issues. I would highly recommend Cram Osteopath!

My baby (22 days old) has been suffering with colic and reflux and a friend said about going to see an osteopath. I contacted Joanna and from even before the appointment she was very helpful and I booked in for an appointment. I took Blake this morning for his first appointment and I couldn't have been happier. Such a warm welcoming practice and Joanna was amazing. From start to finish Joanna talked me through what she was doing, asking questions about him making sure she got the best results for what he needed. I absolutely loved watching her work with Blake I could see whist having the treatment he was already starting to respond to the treatment.

I attended CRAM osteopath with acute hip and lower back pain. The staff were very professional and thorough. Full assessment and management plan in place at first visit. My initial session helped with pain within 24 hours. My ongoing sessions gave me 90% recovery within 3 weeks. I was able to sleep well, return to driving and back to work!!! I plan to keep in touch with this service over the months/ years as I feel staff have helped with my overall quality of life. Highly recommend.

Have just begun treatment. After discussing my symptoms and after examination Michael recommended various treatments and options. The clinic was very welcoming. I received email confirmation of agreed treatment along with other recommendations to aid recovery between clinic appointments. I'm looking forward to being pain free!!!
