The only reason I’m giving CH 2 stars is because of the slow service. Placed an online order today at 1130 AM for a 130 pm pick up and my food wasn’t ready till 145 pm. Very disappointing especially when I received a call from an employee at at 1212 pm confirming my online order and the amount of money I spent for my order! No type of compensation for the service I received today. Sad to say I won’t be back!

Decided to visit after seeing their post on Instagram and I thought the food was delicious. I had the and Alfredo and it was wonderful. Nice healthy portions. In my own opinion totally topped red lobster. The place is small and was super busy. I thought wait staff could be more attentive and booths could be cleaned prior to being seated.
This is one of my favorite restaurants and it saddens to write a bad review because l enjoy supporting black businesses and l love good food but that’s not what l got today. EVERYTHING l ordered is OVERCOOKED! The turkey chops are nothing but bone and fat NO MEAT and burnt, the potato is dry, the corn isn’t even edible, the egg is the only thing appealing in the box! I’m more disappointed than mad, l won’t say I’m “never” going back because everything deserves a second chance but it definitely will not be anytime soon. It’s useless to call and complain because the only way to rectify this is to remake it and to travel from Novi back to Detroit might not even be worth it if this is what they’re issuing out today!!!
After my experience today, I’d give them ZERO starts if i could. My Alfredo potato was so dry it literally had no Alfredo sauce on it. I called to speak to the manager and he swore the potato had sauce on it and the only thing he could do, is send me to go pick up some Alfredo sauce. Lol, I’m so irritated that it’s best I don’t go back up there. They lost a customer for good!
It's ok. I guess. So the reason I said it's ok and not a better review is because the first time I went, they treated me right. The second time I went they did me dirty. I take pictures of ALL MY PLATES AT EVERY RESTAURANT I GO TO for review purposes and to rate the food on Google Maps. The first time I went, the food was beautiful and nicely prepared and hot and fresh. The second time I went, they were less careless and the picture I took of the food they presented me was not as appealing as the first time I went. Stay consistent. That's all I ask. Stay consistent. Don't do people like that and they spending a lot of money on your menu items.
