I used CosyCars to travel to an appointment & for a return to my home. I was happy with the service (especially the first route). In the return journey the driver didn't wear a mask, although I could see it hanging...Windows were open tho. A funny thing tho' he did a detour through Hamer garage to escape traffic on Entwistle Rd (or is it Tweedale St...I always get them mixed up). Yikes I thought he's going through a no entry & then a police car passed by on Halifax Rd (full of police, so must have been on a mission) & they didn't give a peep. Eeh with me being a retired police officer I had to Google the no entry signs etc! All ok! & if I ever have to drive that route in traffic, I'll remember that quick official way. I prebooked an airport run with cozy cars & tried to prebook for our return taxi home. I was told the only way to do this was to write down our return flight details etc on a piece of paper & hand it to the driver who took us to the airport. I felt this wasn’t a professional way to organise our return home but was told it was how it was done. Myself & my young son landed & there was no taxi waiting for us. I called Cozy who told me that nothing had been organised for us, they apparently called the driver who took us originally & I was told that he said I did not give him a piece of paper with our return details on. This was an outright lie & not only did I give him the details but he scrutinised them thoroughly. Cozy did send a taxi to pick myself & my son up but it delayed our return journey home by an hour which isn’t great, late at night with a child. Both the drivers to & from the airport were chatty & polite but the system for booking return flight taxis home is flawed and cozy need to address this issue. I was still charged the full amount of 40 home & I did feel that due to the inconvenience cozy could have at least knocked a little something off the price as a gesture of goodwill.
Excellent service. We booked long distance journey and no problems what so ever. On time, reliable and very reasonable price. Driver was very helpful and vehicle clean and comfortable. Thanks again :)

Booked a taxi for 10.15 am, came 25 minuets early, went to the wrong address and was then not at all polite towards me. Sorry Cozy Cars you have lost my custom. Service and politeness before price as always with me.
