While trying to contact them directly is not possible, the owner reached out via email immediately to assist me, and to inform me of procedures from the State. Thank you for being attentive to my situation.
Extremely bad customer service, I went to obtain a vehicle title and the worker provided me with false information about why i couldn’t obtain one, it seemed like they just didn’t feel like working, I went to another auto tag agency and they were able to help me obtain my vehicle title with no problem, their workers all seem to have an attitude when speaking to customers, I will never go to this agency ever again, If this is the auto tag agency closest to you I suggest you drive 10 more minutes to reach another one, I definitely do not recommend this agency to anyone.
I had a great experience here, overall the staff was friendly I was in and out the prices were reasonable , and I was able to resolve my renewal in the SPOT , without any trouble or stress. The manager is a very nice lady who helped me with some questions I needed regarding my issue with a nice attitude and attentive. I do not know her name sadly. but I appreciate these ladies at this Agency. I had a horrible experience some where else so this made me write the review Thank you !! :)
