Called in the morning to see if they could fit me in for an Oil change (A light service) indicator came on, since we were taking the vehicle for a quick road trip. Jimmy was super accommodating and able to get me a quick A - service. I was in and out within an hour with a courtesy car wash and vacuum, where most dealers just do a wash. Thanks Team Thomas Acura and especially kudos to Jimmy for taking care of the service needs, quickly, efficiently and of course with quality. WiFi helped out as well since I was able to do some office work and they have extra desk/tables to be able to work while you wait. One recommendation is to have extra outlets for all the electrical needs of the customers. Thankfully didn’t need it since I was in and out. Until next time.

Jimmy in service department was very helpful and kept me informed on the progress of my car and kept me updated. The service department was very accommodating with a free loaner vehicle as well while my TLX was being serviced since I do live kind of a ways out. My vehicle took half the time they told me it would take so definitely a plus side that they were able to service my vehicle so fast as well. Thank you Thomas Acura service department and Jimmy for the great customer service! Will definitely be bringing my car back for service.

DO NOT go to Thomas Acura. This dealer charged me 14 for the remote control battery for my 2008 Acura RDX. I called Acura Montclair and it’s only 6 that’s a rip off. I also asked for the door latch assembly for the same car the price is 89 but Montclair price is 82. This dealer did my 100K miles maintenance because it’s closer to home 6 months ago they charged me around 800 I hope that’s not a lot. I’m not gonna go back to this dealer anymore. If they charge a lot on parts I’m very sure they will do that on service maintenance too. Go somewhere else.

Ryan was really helpful. We were in contact with Ryan through phone call and email before heading to the location. Ryan was on top of it. Everything we asked for or questions and concern, he responded right away! He provided great customer service from beginning to end! We have been car shopping for months not in a rush to purchase. I had a great experience buying my car at Thomas Acura. Jordan Chen was my sales rep and he was patient, informative and there was no pressure. He was just great. So was Rachel in finance, she made the prose smooth and quick and easy. If you need your car serviced, see Alan, the guy is super nice. The showroom was clean and everyone wore masks. The whole experience was simple and quick and I would recommend Thomas Acura to anyone.
