Just bought my 2nd car from Prime in 13 months. Pricing, especially on Acura, is good. Sales staff is knowledgeable and NOT pushy (ask for Rawle or Brian). Car shopping SUCKS and Prime makes very tolerable.

I called on Sunday, worked the entire deal out with the GM over the phone, and picked my car up on Monday afternoon. The whole interaction was the absolute BEST experience I've ever had with a car dealership!!! Patrick and his team are not into the typical sales games... they are honest and a pleasure to work with.
