Brilliant service from start to finish! The team at 'The Heating Centre' was excellent - knowledgeable, answering all my questions regarding the gas fires' (energy efficiency, direct heat output, etc) and most importantly very professional. Luke (certified gas engineer) arrived on time and was very conscientious. He provided professional advise and completed the work to a high standard. Friendly, reliable and very tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending 'The Heating Centre' team and will be using them again.

Good choice of fireplaces at competitive prices. The knowledgeable staff were efficient and friendly. I wanted a fire surround that was not in the latest brochure but they contacted the manufacturer promptly for a price. The fitter installing the fireplace was efficient, polite and tidy. My lovely new fireplace is just right for my 1930s house, and has been much admired by friends. I'm very pleased with it.
Very good place to go if your looking for a good fire. The staff are very helpful and listen to what you want. They are very knowledgeable in what they sell and they do not pressure you into buying something you don't want. I was glad to get my fire from here and I would definitely recommend this company. A definite 5 * rating from me.
We would recommend The Heating Centre Coventry very helpful as we wanted out of norm the fitters were excellent and efficient and arrived as arranged. Very pleased all round with our new gas fire and new back and hearth.
The Heating Centre has done a fantastic job supplying and fitting two fireplaces for us. They advised us on how to achieve the look we wanted and gave us a very competitive price to supply and install two fireplaces. They managed the whole process for us and the staff at the shop and the installers were knowledgeable and professional. We are delighted with the results.
