No notification of delivery coming. No attempt at contact. Only get an email from Amazon that a delivery attempt was made. Completely untrue, I was at home and there was no attempt. I am now at work and all I get is an email from Amazon telling ME to contact the courier. Absolutely unprofessional. May report to ombudsman.

This organisation doesnt actually deliver your parcels, nor do they follow instructions. Wouldn't buy from a company who uses this rubbish company

I have never had such a horrible experience with a online order before. Couriers Express, even though i have a tracking number and can track the package, Couriers Express have claimed they never received the package from the original seller. Claimed the tracking update is a "mistake" when i asked (i called Couriers Express). Amazon blames Couriers Express, Couriers Express blames the original seller. The Original seller loses.
