Worked here from 2006-2009... got me started on my apprenticeship for machining... got tons of hours for they always had OT. 2009 came... and a huge recession hit. I knew it was coming... was prepared... but there goes my apprenticeship. So many machinists so little jobs. Wouldn’t lay me off for they weren’t laying anyone off. Quit to move east... 2 weeks later they laid off most the shop. Was great when Ray was boss... his son Blaine was a different story. Blaine cut bonuses. Pinched pennies. Destroyed morale. Most ex coworkers hated it there... I liked the money... the rest was okay... I guess.
