Usually I take the time to read reviews, not write them. For the record, I’m not a physician trying to sabotage the practice. I am actually a FORMER patient of Oasis who would NOT recommend this place to anyone I know. The wait time was lengthy for every visit. The “doctor” who is actually a nurse practitioner, was an odd person. Her behavior was strange, as if she was high. I was also misdiagnosed and was given prescriptions that made my problem worse. It was my first time to get help for my mental health, and it turned out to be the darkest moment in my life, due to the medications. I have kids that I HAVE to LIVE for, and the mental funk my brain was in from the medications she had me on was paralyzing. I stopped going to Oasis, and by the advice of medical physicians, I slowly winged myself off.

Corona has hit me and my family hard. I have been struggling and decided to reach out and get some help. I called this place and spoke to a receptionist and she was so rude to me when i questioned her about why she was asking me to give her bank/card info to keep on record so they can just bill me whatever and whenever. I told her that made me uneasy especially with all the identity theft issues on the rise. She condescendingly responded that i couldnt get an appointment and then hung up on me. I was shocked to be treated so rudely.

This place is awful. I’ve struggled with finding a good doctor for years and thought I had finally found one until I arrived. Waited almost 2 hours, no one else was in the waiting room at all no receptionist, I could hear her on the phone with a friend the whole time. I almost walked out until 8pm came around and she finally came out. Saw me for 15 minutes then prescribed me 20 MG of a medication I told her wouldn’t work for me because I have severe anxiety, not depression. She answered a phone call from her husband during the visit, so inappropriate, while I’m sitting there in the middle of talking about my life! And she behaved so erratically almost as if she was on meds herself. The dosage of the meds were way too high and not the correct meds for me. Horrible side affects and made my problems 10 times worse... I called SEVERAL times through the day to get ahold of someone yet no answer. So I had to text her to eventually get a message that barley made sense saying she changed it like I asked and to pick it up. Go to the pharmacy and nothing is there. They sent her a request, and she has yet to answer it 2 WEEKS LATER. IF I COULD GIVE YOU ZERO STARS I WOULD. There’s a reason you have so many bad reviews.

I adore my nurse practitioner Jessica Wilson. She and her staff are extremely professional and competent. She diagnosed me correctly after seeing three actual doctors who never could help. She was able to get me on the proper medication and now my life is on the path to normalcy. I was able to finally get a job and my relationships with my family has been restored. In short...she saved my life! Thank you Oasis.
