Our nonprofit, the Bacaanda Foundation, has been ordering t-shirts with our organization's logo printed on them from Corporate Casuals for 5 years. They've been a huge hit with our volunteers, staff, supporters, and visitors. In thousands of shirts we've never received one with a misprint or of poor quality. Because we're a nonprofit we're sensitive to price but we also wanted shirt people would choose to wear for years as free advertising. Corporate Casuals hit the mark on both counts and Kim couldn't have been easier to deal with.

Corporate Casuals was awesome to work with and my hat turned out really well. They were so fast and the quality was really great. I worked with Mark and he sent me a stitch out to make sure the logo looked how I wanted it to. He even let me know that some of the letters may turn out kind of small, which I was willing to live with. A few years ago I placed an order with Cap Beast and they took forever to send me my hats and their customer service was horrible. I highly recommend Corporate Casuals for their speed and quality. You won't have to worry about them stringing you along like other companies.

Great company & customer service!! Very impressed with not only the embroidery ( Which came out beautiful!! ) but with how responsive, efficient & professional this company runs a business.. I had the pleasure to work with Kim Foley.. Kim gets things done.. As simple as that sounds, it's an asset that is lacking in many businesses..

I originally ordered the light olive green distressed baseball caps and after purchasing I was informed that they were back ordered until December. I was told this could be due to them selling out within previous hours. However it has now been a week and they still have the light olive green available. When I told them this was an inconvenience because they were already promised to customers they gave me a 20% discount. However, after checking my bank account they had charged me the original 177 of the 12 light olive green hats that I agreed to pay. They tell you that they sell hats as cheap as 6 and change however this is not true and end up being over 12 a hat with the simplest logo possible. I then went back and forth with multiple customer service reps who both told me different things on what colors were in stock and were not in stock. After finally finding a color I WAS OK WITH they charged me again for 140. A couple days later they charge me for 153 which is the price with the 20% discount as per invoice. When I asked about the 177 charge refund it took almost a week to be refunded and was told it was a hold for the order. When asked about the random 140 charge they informed me that it was for the back order of light olive hats DUE IN DECEMBER. She told me that the order would not be processed until shipped however my bank has already pulled the funds. If I was you I wouldn't waste my time with this company. I have not seen quality yet but there money matters are not ethical nor efficient for someone actually trying to mass produce. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Customer service is still alive and well with Corporate Casuals. Very seldom you find such care and detail like this organization produce. We appreciate the quality products you create over there. Our employees especially love the Polo shirts and embroidered stitching. Thanks again!!
