This is a great place, well located in a traditional Philippine neighbourhood, with local small shops nearby where you can buy small groceries. The staff is very helpful and will do everything from booking tours or airport transfers. Don't expect a 5 star room, they don't advertise that nor you're paying for it. The apartment is clean, big enough, with a kitchen equipped with the basics (2 electric hot plates, one fridge a sink and some pans to cook.

Everything is great: accomodation, managing, host, room, place, Internet, laundry opportunities, cleanlines... Only a pity, that it was available only for 1 night, we would stay here longer. It's a big luck to get an accomodation like that in Coron town!
Place is within town proper. Very close to establishments. Walking distance. Trike fare is 10-15 pesos. The place itself is cozy. You're just like at home. One bedroom. Living area. Kitchen. Dining area. Bathroom. Basic necessities are provided like towels, body wash and shampoo in the bathroom, utensils, electric stove, water heater. They also have a refrigerator. And you can wash your clothes, at least you won't be bringing wet clothes when you get home.
Price is reasonable. Place is comfy and very near to the town proper (5 minute-walk). There's a washing machine which you can use (free of charge) if you want to clean your used clothes. You can also cook your food since there are cooking stuffs. A fridge is also available. We didn't have an aircon but there are 3 electric fans which are more than enough. The caretaker is also accommodating. It could have been a 5-star rating if the water supply is good. So if you're planning to stay here, make sure to store some water in the bathroom's containers.
The locations is quite okay and the staff is very friendly but unfortunately I must say it's a bit worn down. It's reasonably priced for Coron which is otherwise very expensive so the extra few minutes walk to town and the fan trying to battle the heat plus ants in the bathroom can be worth it for the traveller on budget. We liked it as it was within our price range and served us well but for someone not used to the living standards in Philippines upping the budget might be needed. The place is down from the main road but still very walkable to many attractions such as the busy restaurant street, public market and Mt. Tapyas.
This is by far the best airbnb we stayed in, appartement well equipped with everything you need and located perfected close to everything. Well definitely come back again
