Cornwall Centre offers a great variety of yoga classes suitable for anyone. The centre offers a warm and welcoming approach and has the most beautiful space to practice yoga. Not only this, the centre benefits from a couple of different therapy rooms which can be hired for a very reasonable price. I have to express my admiration and appreciation to Aimee who is a wonderfully outstanding teacher. She has a wealth of knowledge and I can highly recommend Aimee's 200h yoga teacher training course, it has taught me so much more about yoga and has changed my own practice and knowledge considerably for the better. Every teacher at the centre offers their own style of teaching which is unique to Truro, The timetable has a fabulous amount of classes which offer classes suitable for many different lifestyles.

Definitely the best yoga centre in Truro if not Cornwall. Aimee's knowledge of Yoga is second to none. Wide variety of classes from numerous teachers and combined with the therapy rooms there is plenty of other services too. Stunning building just wraps it all up.
Fantastic centre meeting the needs of the community. The 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training course over the course of a year prepared me as a teacher with a well rounded understanding of the philosophy and anatomy benefits of yoga as well as providing me with the confidence to go out and teach independently. I still receive amazing support from the centre and love being a part of its community.
I attended a workshop at the Cornwall Yoga Centre whilst on holiday there last month which was so enlightening that I came back home and booked myself in for a course yoga classes which have already given me more clarity and strength. Thank you for helping to bring this beautiful art into my life I can’t wait to get back to Cornwall in the very near future to take some practical classes with the amazing teachers. ️️
