I have always had wonderful experiences at Nav Spa. I had a massage with Virginia today and it was fantastic! Highly recommend her, and Nav Spa. Pam at the front desk is always so friendly and courteous!
Always get my manis and pedis here. The girls do an amazing job. My favourite is Kelsey, she’s great! I’ve had a spa package in the past and that was a wonderful relaxing experience as well.

Very nice and professional people
I went into get a bikini and underarm wax. The aesthetician had used the same stick during the whole appointment. I assumed she was going to dump out the wax afterwards, however that never happened. I called a few days later, spoke to the receptionist who informed me they don't have to change the wax or use different sticks, which after speaking to other aestheticians I found out was a health violation. Whenever they called me to confirm my next day appointment, I spoke with the owner Linda. She told me she did not want to hear "any negativity", did not listen to my concerns and told me to book my appointments elsewhere. This whole ordeal was very unsettling and was completely unprofessional. Needless to say, I would never recommend Nav Spa to anyone.
