My 73' Cub quit during the heaviest snowfall yet in 2021. I had never been to Claude's before, but due to the age and rarity of parts for my unit I decided it would be prudent to go to a Cub dealer. I was not disappointed, even though service was very busy, the gentleman in service helped me lift the beast off the back of the truck and I got a call within a few hours that the issue had been fixed. It now runs better than it ever did. Thank you so much! You've gained a customer.

My snow blower broke down yesterday (of course during a snow storm) I went to Claude’s to try and find a replacement part. (My snow blower is a no name Chinese PoS!) But the people at Claude’s were wonderful in assisting me with trying to find a replacement part that might work! Turns out the part did work!! Great customer service from this place, even if your machine isn’t from them.
