After three years as a tenant of Core, I can confirm that they will always do what’s best for themselves, rather than the tenant. Over the years, Core consistently provided late, or sometimes no, responses to serious unit issues, e.g flooding, maintenance work/timing. And, to top it off, we have yet to have our security deposit returned and are being ghosted, even though the unit was deep cleaned, without damage and filled by new tenants on time.
Zack Bisgeier was extremely helpful and accommodating. It was such a pleasure working with him! I highly recommend Core.
Giancarlo and the rest of the Core team were as pleasant and professional as you could ask for. They went above and beyond to help us secure our first apartment in the city. We will definitely refer any/all of our friends to them. Can't say enough good things about them.
Very unprofessional and only seem to care about themselves. Do not treat people as valued customers but as people to take money from. My experience was very bad with 2 of their brokers.
