Considering how busy they are constantly, the service was great. Plus side, you can have them text you when they are ready. I did some light grocery shopping while I waited. I had booked an appointment beforehand as well, I would suggest that instead of walking in. They a typically really busy. The phlebotomist who took my blood did a good job. One poke, minimal bruising.

Sheree Hurd is fantastic in her blood drawing technique. It is painless and quick. Further, she has a friendly personality making the blood drawing encounters really pleasant. She is a credit to your organization. The only fly in the ointment was the behavior of Dayleen Raymond who rudely told me I needed to put on my mask if I wanted to sit in the waiting area even as I was trying to explain to her that I had a medical exception. She really needs some etiquette training in order not to turn off customers.

Lack customer service experience with the staff. Unfortunately, many companies are about numbers and not customer service. It is sad to go for the first time and just because you have been waiting for so long you ask a simple question to ensure you haven't missed your spot. There are so many way to speak with respect to the customer and explain in a nice way if they are behind or what the processed they are taking or whatever the case may be. I will never return to this place. I would not recommend this place there are others office that have better service.

The old lab tech lady was so rude that I had to leave immediately before I let her complete what she was saying!!! And she was yelling \see yah\ in sarcastic way...hell no she will never see me again!! I swear she is out of her mind...it was early morning and it should be a good beginning for the day. I dont know whats wrong with her unless she has a problem with colored skin or immigrants. All that happened because I told her this is my first time ever in QD and she asked me where is my order? I asked her what do you mean by order? This is when she started getting rude and rude!!! There are many other labs I'm sure they can offer good customer service and explain things in decent way

They closed one of the rooms for storage so don't expect a quick visit. One vile of blood work took over an hour when I was the third (became fourth somehow) in line right after their lunch break.
