We first visited The Wood Bat Factory in 2019 when our son competed at Cooperstown Dreams Park - we wanted a trophy bat with our unique logo and they came through! Fast forward to a few weeks ago when my boss needed trophy bats for a political fundraiser, engraved with a unique logo. Score two for The Wood Bat Factory! They had just what we wanted and were able to complete and order of 24 custom engraved bats in around 2 weeks including shipping. Their manager, Ryan was communicative, professional and easy to work with. I got order and shipping confirmations and a follow up email after delivery. I can't recommend them enough. Plus, they MAKE all of their own bats so you know the quality is excellent.

We could not be happier or more grateful for the support, care and service we've received from the WBF. After an issue with a recent purchase, though no fault of their own, Ryan (store manager) and the rest of the WBF folks took quick action through immediate communication and sincerity. They made what could have been a difficult situation into one which they've shown great integrity and belief in their expertise. In doing so they've made one 12-year-old a very happy kid. For that they have earned our sincere thanks and loyalty.
This place is stunning. Beautiful architecture, beautiful products, beautiful people. If you love baseball this place is definitely worth checking out. They specialize in wood baseball bats, and they have some amazing designs. Plus they offer engraving which is a nice bonus. They also have apparel and other handcrafted goods. I would highly recommend this establishment.
Online order had weird hiccup that the folks in customer service handled wonderfully. So well in fact that I placed another order the same day. Looking forward to getting upstate to see the place in person. Would be happy to recommend them to any baseball family.
An amazing place to be in general, but especially if you are into baseball! It's gorgeous inside and out and the staff are very courteous. Will visit again.
