The service provided by Coolabah Turf has been fantastic! At the time of ordering the turf, the suggested wait time for delivery was 2 months, but I was pleasantly surprised to receive the delivery 6 weeks ahead of the committed timeframe. The communication by the customer service team has been phenomenal at every stage of the process such as sales, delivery and after-care. They also provided us with booklets & brochures which gave step-by-step instructions on soil preparation, installation of the lawn, watering cycles, application of fertilizers, mowing frequencies etc. Very informative! Overall, I am pleased with the way our backyard has transformed after the installation of “Sir Walter Instant Lawn”. You have done an amazing job, Coolabah Turf Team! Congratulations!

Great service and fantastic looking turf from this bunch! We got their tiff tuff turf which arrived and their driver positioned it as near to where we needed it as possible. The turf itself looked amazing ( almost like fake grass as it was so perfect looking)! The customer care and follow up up phone call from Kate to ensure everything went well were much appreciated. Will reckon end to anyone looking to get a picture perfect finish in their lawn.

From the great staff who handled our questions, the easy to navigate website, the emails that have detailed and easy to understand instructions for the best way to install and look after our grass to the friendly delivery driver! Our grass looks great! I highly recommend using Coolabah Turf!
Ordered Tiff Tuff turf and would like to report a excellent experience. Quote was prompt, delivery was on time. considered changing delivery date to next harvest which they were happy to accommodate, however didn't end up changing it. Turf was good quality, which today 3 months later is doing really well. Jada my rep was also very friendly to deal with. Keep up the good work guys!

Beautiful turf ... rich, healthy and lustrous! Excellent quality. Compared to other turf being laid in my area from other companies (whose turf I couldn’t obtain due to readiness) my turf from Coolabah looked a far superior product (and competitively priced too!) Extremely happy customer
Amazing service right from the word go. Despite having to manage juggling different trades on a new build in Sunbury, varying weather and COVID shutdowns, The folks at Coolabah were unbelievable at being flexible enough to change delivery dates. There has been numerous phone calls sorting out issues from my end and every time there’s been a helpful happy voice at the other end of the line. Jane, Sarah and Michelle have all been extremely helpful over the phone lining things up for me. Steve who delivered the turf did all he humanly could to negotiate our difficult build site without question and get the turf as close as he could. Then Stewart was awesome at getting some extra turf to me to finish the job when I came up a tiny bit short. The turf (tif tuf) has been down nearly a week and is all looking amazing. Even the off cuts sitting off to the side are looking healthy and pushing roots down into the rock and clay they are sitting on. If you’re trying to choose between turf suppliers in Victoria (their prices are all nearly identical. I’ve used a few and rang pretty much all of them) call Coolabah. You won’t be disappointed!! Thanks guys! Can’t wait to use you for our next project!!
