This is generally a good place but there new location doesn't have as many trampolines for ticks and flips to many little kids. The new cool springs also has food involved winch can be good for birthday parties but when I went a little kid threw up on the trampoline and they had to close part of it which was incontinent . Little kids will run in front of you when you try to flip. the staff is very polite so it just depends on the day and people.

The kids had a wonderful time! It's very clean and the employees are attentive and helpful!
Great place to take the kids as well as have a little fun for the adults. If you going as a spectator, make sure you brought good shoes to stand in because most seating areas are full. Overall, this is an inexpensive place full of fun and a way to get your kid off the electronics.
Love this place! They have great prices on admission, you can even upgrade your time for an extra 1 or 2. Staff is very aware and friendly. Very spacious and enough room for everyone to have fun even of its crowded. Main room has a snack bar with lots of seating for parties or hang outs. They have about 5-6 massage chairs. They have 4 TVs each on a different Chanel. Last time I was here they had some classic cartoons on! I come here about ever other week!
I have spoken with the General Manager since my last review and i must say she was professional and understanding. She more than took care of my issue and we will continue to do business with them in the future. Great to have some one listen and the customer service was excellent!!
