The freezing temps broke our booster pump. AWWT listened, located a pump and within two days was out to get us up and running, in the middle of taking care of lots of other needy home owners and businesses. Our technician was great, both knowledgable and personable. Couldn't ask for better. Highly recommend AWWT.

On Sunday 5/3/2020 our community in Dripping Springs with 9 cottages and 2 duplexes who share one well all of a sudden had no water. We called some local water well repair companies in Dripping Springs only to find out they did not offer weekend (Sunday) service. We contacted Advance Water Well Technologies, left a message explaining our dire situation, and within an hour received a call back from the crew chief telling us they would be able to come look at our well and bring all the necessary parts, pumps, and electronics to test the well and get us back online with water. Two hours later they arrived, the two well technicians were very helpful and friendly and quickly went to work on troubleshooting the problem. Within about two hours they had our problems fixed and our large water tank was being filled again. Had we not called AWWT we would have been without water all day and night Sunday and probably most of the day Monday until one of the local companies made it out. We are so appreciative that their technicians were available to come out and drive 70 miles (1.5 hours) to our location, and on a Sunday, to fix our problems. We highly recommend this company if you have problems with your water well. We will tell others in our area who are on well water to be sure and contact AWWT with their problems. Thank you so much to all the crew at AWWT, you were a life saver!
We are getting ready for my sister's viewing and funeral tomorrow and suddenly we had no water. I quickly checked it and thought it was the submersible pump. I called Michelle at Advanced Water and she contacted Clint who was available to look at it. I did not mention to them our situation. Clint came out and had it going in 20 minutes after arriving. These people are so friendly and they know exactly what they are doing. I will call them anytime I have an issue again. They are the best.

This experience was excellent. These guys provide prompt, efficient, and pleasant customer service. From Chuck the sales department, Brandon the technician, and Shawn the owner I got my windmill repaired and it was a great experience. I had an estimate from the well repair company that I have used since 1998 and they wouldn't really give me the time of day. When I called Advanced Water Well Technologies they responded same day and came out and gave me an estimate and then came and performed the work in professional and timely manner and communicated with me through the entire process.
