I woke up to no water in my house this morning after checking for frozen pipes etc I called and I had a technician out within an hour and before 9am. The technician was brilliant and solved the problem within about 20 minutes

The website is abysmal but once you get through customer support is good.
Website just doesn't work, can't get in touch over the phone. It's almost like you don't want the bills paying...
