They send out guys who don't know what they are doing. My windshield replacement leaks everytime it rains. Been trying to get in touch with them for over a year, but no one answers the phone.

What an awesome service! I needed to fix my windshield before I can take my vehicle for VA inspection. I also had a court hearing the date of the installation. When I came back from court I have got my windshield replaced and it looks fantastic. Their customer service is very responsive and they resolved all my issues prior to the service appointment. My thanks to Brady and the team at Connect Auto Glass, I will use your service again.
After trying to work with another glass company and being lied to I decided to try Connect auto glass. I am very impressed, Lina was beyond amazing at helping me and explaining the process . I am definitely going to save the info just in case I ever need you again. Thank you for being honest and patient. My windshield was installed in record time and looks great.
It was a blessing to talk with Mr Jared, he was very knowledgeable and made the process very easy. Put my mind at easy during a difficult time with my daughter sick. Now the car windshield is just one less thing she has to worry about and focus on getting well. Thank you God because it was God that lead me to call. Wish I read the reviews like the majority of the people. Spoke to them they said they could get it done the next day (Friday) or Monday, then it was Tuesday, no call or show all day Tuesday, Wednesday they promised to call with an answer, which didn't happen. Called the snap finance people and they called connect Auto Glass who said they completed the work. I still have a cracked windshield (pictures). No response from emails, phone calls, or web contacts fraud.
The customer service received during my first phone call to setup an appointment and provide payment was great. Not long after I paid for the windshield replacement, I found I needed to cancel the service. Attempted to call this company back 9 TIMES, maybe 15 minutes after the first phone call, and either got silence, placed on hold, or sat on hold 5-10 minutes. I was never able to get in touch with an actual representative. I received an email confirmation for the service I paid for; also replied back to that email stating I needed to cancel service and to provide confirmation but, no response. I then received a text message, to which I also responded, and received no response. I left a voicemail asking for a call back, nothing. All of this last Friday. They aren't open on the weekend so I had to wait to today to continue trying to get a hold of someone. I've called and left two additional voicemails; still, no response. I sent a follow up email today as well.
FINANCING FINE PRINT Maybe it's just me but I definitely feel like the lease agreement for financing a windshield was misleading. My husband signed the lease agreement for 549 and we've been making payments on it since May, only to find out that we've payed 943 since then. Gave snap finance a call (the company Connect uses for financing options) and they said we actually agreed to paying 1,133 in the fine print... not the stated.. bold printed 549 at the bottom of the last page. Definitely our bad but the fine print was easy to miss. All customer service cared to do was ask why we didn't ask about the fine print back in May. Never did they actually attempt to explain the situation to us in it's entirety.
After having to deal with a day of no power and two days of work evacuation do to So Cal fires, and then backing into a lift gate and shattering my rear windshield... I had the best customer service experience working with Dane who was extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and effective. I would recommend Connect Auto Glass to anyone needing auto glass replacement. They even offer financing so you don’t have to tape cardboard to your car and risk injury to yourself or others.
