Wish I had seen previous negative post. Note the positive post from Gary Hedge is fake, Gary owns the concrete design team. Our concrete floor is not level, it is so far out that kitchen plinths have gaps beneath them of up to 1.5 cm. Cracks have started to appear in the floor and the colour is not what was agreed. Thee are little holes and witness marks/scratches everywhere. Gary and his team were told that we would make no further payments until the job was finished. He wanted almost full payment before completing the job, we had already paid more than was due. He never showed up to finalise the job and do the final polish. We have had a couple of other concrete companies look at his work, it cannot be fixed and the remedial work to address the issues and finish the floor will be extortionate and will expose the stones in the aggregate because the floor is so uneven, so we will not achieve anything like the finish we wanted. Gary also advised us to do the grinding and polishing last, every other company has confirmed that this is not the way this should have been done and we will now have to protect the whole kitchen and space if we want to finish the floor. Please don't use this company!! They may seem very friendly, but they are not professional and they are definitely not experts in pouring quality concrete floors.

Didn't finish the job as agreed, we had to, wasn't the tidiest. Made excuses and then didn't respond to messages. Poured concrete from containers into grass, which we had to tidy up. Very disappointed as were hoping to use them for another job and recommend them too.
