I found the staff at Comprehensive Drug Testing Services to be extremely pleasant and inviting when I went in for testing. Let's face it, who likes the inconvenience of being pulled for a random drug screen and having to take time to prove to your employer that you are not a user? Dealing with the folks at Comprehensive Drug Testing at least made my testing a much better experience! Nice job!

My daughter went for drug screening on April 24, 2018. We arrived around 4pm the paper she was given said they closed at 5pm. When she went back to do the screening it obviously had upset the employee administering the screening. I was sitting in the waiting room and had been for almost 30 minutes and had heard nothing but when my daughter went back drawers and doors were being slammed and closed so hard I could hear them. My daughter had rushed from school to have the screening had trouble producing a specimen. The person asked her associate if she had given enough and informed my daughter she had arrived at the clinic after closing. My daughter was in the process of trying to tell the lady that she felt that she could give more as the lady dumped the specimen and told her to come back the next day. As a former healthcare professional myself I feel that the employee was very unprofessional. I realize my daughter is a teenager and was very upset when she left but in my opinion I feel the employee acted worse and provoked the situation.
