For me, Kim’s yoga classes are the right size to allow her to guide each of us as required. We focus on all areas of movement and mobility; Kim is really good at homing in on the various challenges we experience with our bodies and is always available if we need extra tips for maintaining our practice at home. Kim has taught me how to recognise my body’s limits and how to manage the pain & discomfort associated with an ongoing lower back issue. Kim has worked really hard sustaining classes via Zoom throughout 2020 and although I can’t wait until we can return to her studio, I strongly recommend anyone to give her yoga classes a try.
