I called to verify a re delivery number and they guy that answered the phone was very rude. I told him steamship line told me the name of the place was Bay side Marine but the address was for compass. Told him i just want to verify the re delivery number because there is a line of 8 trucks outside and didn't want my driver sitting at the wrong place. Then he hung up on me.
I bought 1 20 foot container and the process was very easy, they were very nice and helpful with me, planning to buy another one next month.
They are very friendly and fast.
