I am really impressed by the high level of customer service and professionalism. My both sons had circumcision here.The surgeons are very humble and competent. 24/7 support is available. We had done lot of research before using their services because it is very sensitive job. I am more than happy to recommend them. If I will have 3rd son, InshaAllah I will use them again

Walked in to the HC today explaining I have not been able to make an appointment for my poorly wife and daughter before 8am which is the opening time and was refused. Asked to speak to the practice manager (Helen) who not only refused who would even speak to me. I explained I am a HC professional to no avail. I have previously complained about their services to the practice manager WITH NO RESPONSE. Now I know the reason why. When the practice manager has the audacity and absolute disregard for her job role to provide her duty of care to her patients it is obvious why the NHS is in complete shambles. Shame on you Helen, you should resign if you can't fulfil your duty of care.

We had our baby's circumcision done in the clinic. Such a great organized service with an excellent down to earth surgeon. We checked his credentials at their website, very impressive. Mr Irfan from the time of booking was helpful and thorough in his explanation about the whole process, documents of both of us. He answered all my questions patiently. Due to Covid19 only my wife was allowed to follow the baby, I didn't feel happy about. Both of us wanted to be present with baby but he explained me due to Covid19 pandemic this is their protocol, fine I accept this (I work in NHS so I understand it's implications). Aftercare has been brilliant. Would I recommend this service, absolutely without any hesitation. We saved our trip to Nigeria and got circumcision done here at a place much more professionally by Mr Rauf. Thank you
