Unfortunately we was broken into recently and we contacted Communicate for a site survey and advise on what we could do for security. They acted very quickly and come out to us that afternoon. We had a surveyor Pat came round who was very knowledgeable and polite. The quotation for the intruder alarm was reasonable and the installation was complete in one day and was fitted within 3 days from our survey! We are very happy with our system and Communicate was great.

From the outset Communicate UK didnt live up to there name what so ever. I would say Miss communicate is more of a viable company name. We had a guy called Glen come round to carry out a Survey for a new intruder alarm system. Honestly he might of aswell been selling a Kicthen sink, he knew nothing about the systems what so ever. He was very unprofessional from the minute he arrived. Why a company would employ such stuipity is beyond me. I will be going elsewhere, I can assure you. Stay well clear from this company. If thats how they act from the start I tread to think what the quality of the engineers are like.
