This place is absolutely terrible. I felt like i was raw meat. Super unprofessional. Went in at 8am and didnt get out until 3:30pm. We waited on the doctor for that long. She wasn't even at the facility. One of the urses\ was cracking jokes about me being in pain. The most ghetto facility ive ever been to. If you can, just drive up to Atlanta and get you a professional that actually care.

I feel like the negative reviews on this place are from the pro-life side. My experience here was good, it was not as invasive as I thought it was going to be. The staff was very kind and great at directing me to financial aid, helping me choose birth control, prescribing it the same day and making sure the process went smoothly. Expected the wait but they were as quick as possible, pretty much in and out. 3 hour visit, gave me all the details I needed and the essentials. I feel great about going back for my follow up, so far so good.
It took 6 hours to finally get to talk to the dr , they wouldn't help us after we left even if it was a emergency question they said to tell the hospital your having a miscarriage it really sucked and was the most excruciatingly painful thing I have ever felt they told me to take a tylenol . if you need to have a abortion do not ever go here.
Sadly this facility does not care about women or their health. It has many health code violations and the doctor on the business license does not even practice here. No medical doctor from Columbus would associate with this facility because of the sub-standard if Care.
My fiancée and I came here for a surgical abortion. We battled with the decision, but we both decided that termination was the best decision for us and our unborn child. We spent the extra 50 dollars for heavy sedation. Apparently, \heavy sedation\ at this facility consists of an 800mg tylenol and a vallium. My fiancée said it was more painful than when she actually gave birth 3 years ago, which she did without an epidural. Don't go here unless you want to be absolutely traumatized for the rest if your life.
