Our mum transferred to Peel Gardens from Blackburn hospital for end of life care. Initially the distance was a bit of an issue, we were concerned about the travelling needed to visit. Very quickly it was apparent to us that we had absolutely made the right choice for mum. All staff there are fabulous, mum was treat with care and dignity, she was in the best hands possible. Mum was only there just over 2 weeks before she passed away. We can't thank the home enough for how they looked after mum, prior to this she felt surplus to requirements. Thank you all, so much.
