The people in clinic are good. Phone calls go thru temple this bad cannt get anyone to answer phones

This has been the worst medical care system ever. They past me from doctor to doctor, they act like they care but don’t, sent me to Temple for tests etc but nothing gets done. If anyone needs a primary care doctor—go outside the V.A. I am still in constant pain....so much for “V.A. benefits”!! The V.A. in Big Springs could show these folks about taking care of veterans.

Retired last year and affiliated with the VA once my service connected disability was determined. This clinic is fantastic! I have been seen here numerous times and am very pleased with the talented and compassionate people who work here. I encourage vets to be patient with the VA system, there are a lot of us using it.

I am with Olin Teague Mills VA Center was out of town, had medical emergency and needed script filled. Whenever using automated phone system phone goes to busy signal. Hard to get assistance for veterans in need.
