We've always believed in, \Adopt Don't Shop\ and we've been blessed with very special pet's from the Coles County Animal Shelter. Our Chewy we adopted from you and he was with us for 10 years. Then we came in December and found \Sonya\ that we named ROUX-BARB! She had some skin issues and she was needing to put on a little weight. She's gained weight...muscle and her \happy tail\ is totally healed! She's a ball of energy and so loving. Thank you....from ROUX-BARB'S forever family!

Adopted 3 dogs from here. Have never had any issues until today. Julie, is hateful and a very rude woman. Not too mentions complete know it all. Will never give this place another dime.

We adopted our first puppy from the shelter about 2 weeks ago, and she has been fantastic. They made sure that she was up to date on all vaccines, and sent us home with some starter food, toys, and a leash & collar. The adoption process was painless, and her spay surgery was done very well (and affordably). I would certainly recommend the Coles County animal shelter to anyone looking to give a home to a loving best friend. Adopt, don't shop!
