First time I have used National Tyres. Good price on Continental Tyres and even better that I have bought them on 6 months interest free credit using Payment Assist. Craig and his staff were very professional and efficient. I asked for tracking to be done and poor Mason had a proper battle with one of the track rods, but persevered and did a great job. All in all, a great priced tyre, carefully fitted with great customer service. Well done.

The guys down at National Tyres and Autocare sorted out my spontaneous, annoying and ridiculously big puncture with minimal fuss and in really good time. From arriving after being recovered by an AA roadside mechanic to leaving with everything sorted and paid for it took no more than 30 minutes. A truly amazing service and very down to earth and funny guys. Especially loved learning about the story of the ‘totally not destroyed’ car outside in the car park. Thank you guys and I will be using you again for sure ️ Luke.

The Taster

Never had a bad experience here. They seem to be able to fit you in whenever. Alright bunch of lads too. Update: Went a week or so ago and had 2 front tyres and the tracking sorted out. The guy said pop back in a week and we'll check everything's still ok. I noticed although the car was tracking true but the steering wheel was off centre so I called them up (Spoke to Nick) and explained what the other guy had said about bringing it back, o problems give us an hour and bring it down\. Took it back and they sorted it within half an hour and Nick even gave the little one a pound for the vending machine sweeties and then another one once they'd finished fixing the car so my boy was as happy as me. I've changed my previous 4* rating to a 5* for customer care. I review a lot of places for Google and the community and normally save the 5* for the very best. There are a lot of places I've been to and dealt with that could learn a thing or two from this place. Well done Nick and the team.

Got alot of work done was served by Ryan. The day of the work the service was top notch, however on returning for the handbrake to be adjusted Ryan was not there and I was greeted by a quite rude person, only be told after half hour of my car being seen to that there ramp won't lift it so I would have to wait a hour before the other ramp is free. I rebooked for following day and service was great again.
