I have so many lovely pieces of jewellery from Cloversoul, they are definitely my go to brand for any new silver wears. Bec is the maker and designer of all the gorgeous jewellery and you couldn't fault her customer service! Always comes in such beautiful packaging, would be perfect for a gift. My sister and I bought a necklace for my Mum for her birthday - it fits perfectly and is absolutely lovely. The engravements on the back were a really nice touch and the customer service was great throughout.

I had the most terrible experience with Cloversoul. It is a fraud- due to delayed shopping, I had requested shipping to my home address instead of my brother, and after promising to send to my address, they never did, and instead sent to my brother three months later, when he returned the item, they never acknowledged the return despite all the proof, went all silent and never responded to any emails except for a copy and paste of company conditions for orders. The worst customer service I ever had. I would be extremely cautious before ordering anything from this company.
