The technician Louis P. was supposed to be here between 11&1 and didn't arrive until 3 pm. When he did arrive he was on the phone most of the time talking with I assume his boss, because he had no clue what he was doing. After 2 hours he determined the issue was in the thermostat wiring and supposedly got the heater working but after 2.5 hours the temp never came up and all the unit was doing was blowing cold air. I shut it off and called someone that actually knows what he's doing and I will be going with him to fix the problem. All of this and Climatic installed both the inside and outside unit with a supposed warranty but when we ask what's covered under warranty the office can't tell us. We will not be using this company ever again!!!!
