This review is for the body shop. Being a retired mechanic/body man I rarely bring my vehicles anywhere to have work done. We took our XT5 in to have accident damage work repaired and met with Bob. I explained to Bob how picky I am and expected to be kept up to date on the process of the repairs. I have to say I couldn't be more satisfied with how Bob was to deal with and how he handled the repair process. He called when he said he would and kept me up to date on any issues with the repair. The car was ready when he said it would and it looked great. I don't recommend places very often, especially automotive repair shops but I definitely recommend them. Thanks for a good experience dealing with Nolan, something that doesn't happen very often these days. Two thumbs up !!

The service and end product at Claude Nolan Cadillac Collision Center was exceptional. After canvasing several body shops, I stopped by Claude Nolan to see the scope of their work, as I was seeking to complete custom paint work on my 2021GMC Yukon. I had already identified 2 other body shops that were capable of doing what I wanted, but Steve Brennans’ professionalism and wealth of knowledge impressed me. He not only gave me great advice as to how to best tackle my project, he also spent time giving me tips on maintaining and caring for my vehicle. It took me 3 weeks to post this review because I wanted to see if I would find any issues with their work, but Steve and his team were flawless. I would highly recommend.

Had an excellent repeat customer experience at Claude Nolan recently. Everyone there is extremely courteous and professional, and communication was excellent. I ended up getting a 2021 XT6 that had just arrived on the lot that day. Arturo was extremely diligent and hard-working and made sure we got a fair deal done quickly. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and he is definitely not a "pushy" type of salesperson. I highly recommend him to anyone thinking of purchasing a Cadillac. I will be back there again I'm sure in the future.

I brought my 2020 Honda Civic Hatchback over to the folks at Claude Nolan Collision Center for an estimate after seeing the outstanding reviews they had on Google. Not only were they honest and professional throughout the entire repair, they took the extra time to ensure that they were giving me the lowest price point for the service. Within a day, my front bumper lip was sanded and repainted to match the car perfectly. They even cleaned my car inside and out! No matter what make/model you have, this is the place to bring your vehicle to! Hopefully I won't have any scratches in the future, but if I do, they have a returning customer!!!

When I came in to just inquire about new cars, Steve pointed me towards a brand new XT6 that I quickly fell in love with.
