I recently stayed at Clarence Court as I was on a placement at Newcastle university for a few months. The apartment was fantastic, large and spacious with excellent wi-fi connection, which was very important for my studying. There was also a large pull out sofa bed which was perfect for when my parents visited me. The location was perfect as the University was only a few minutes away. I will definitely stay at Clarence Court again next time.

I stayed at this property for over a month upon making a permanent move to Newcastle in the mid of COVID-19. I had a lot of concerns prior to booking (i.e. potential flight cancellations, needing to isolate for 14 days), but they were very accommodative and understanding to my situation. A few days prior to my arrival, I was sent a full document with all the information I needed to know about where to park, how to access the building, contact-free check-in procedures, etc. This is so helpful and even though the buzzer code to the building was not the one on the document, I was able to contact Steve and he was able to quickly find the new code for me. The flat is really nice, well decorated, and has everything I needed for a long-term stay. There are some stains on the carpet in certain areas, but it was obvious this was due to wear and tear not from uncleanliness. I had to isolate for 14 days when I first arrived and could not leave the property at all, which was not an issue as the kitchen has all the cooking equipment needed and the flat itself is quite homey. The view from the balcony is also really nice and being here during bonfire night was a blast to sit out there and watch hundreds of fireworks go off. I was working remotely from this property as well and had no issues at all with the Wi-Fi connection, which is a godsend!! The location itself is very convenient. 3 minute walk to Central station (where there is a Sainsbury Local for grocery shopping), 10 minute walk to Northumberland street, and a 5 minute walk to the Quayside. Overall, I had a fantastic stay. I was able to contact Steve if I ever needed anything and he was very helpful and quick in his replies. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for 2 weeks while I was viewing properties and areas in the North East, the apartment has everything you need from parking, a full kitchen, Wifi, TV with Netflix, Amazon, a balcony, and a it gets a lot of natural light. The bed has the perfect mattress, at least for myself. The apartment is situated in the city centre where everything is within walking distance, as well great road access and transport links to the surrounding areas in Northumberland. The property manager is attentive and prompt. I would highly recommend this property for anyone seeking accommodation in Newcastle.

We were visiting our daughter who is at Newcastle University and booked Clarence Court for 7 nights. The place was perfect for us. The train station is only a few minutes away. The shops are also close by. The property was very spacious and comfy . We will definitely stay here again when we return to Newcastle next time.
