Absolutely terrible customer service. Placed large order and was given a completion date. 1 week past the estimated completion date and they only produced half the order. 2 weeks past deadline and we were told to stop asking when it will be complete. 3 weeks later and the order still is not complete. The customer service is non existent. They obviously don't care about repeat business. Schitty customer service from Schitty tool works.

They go above and beyond, helping in the conceptual phase in addition to the execution of our jobs - I trust them wholeheartedly with our business's signage and fabrication needs. *** DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY*** I called this place for a custom fabrication, received a quote within my budget and decided to move forward. After several attempts to get a response by dropping in calls and leaving voicemails in regards to my project, no one seems to be able to return my calls.

I am shocked that this place is still in business. They made zero effort to complete a small order of four items. When I would call and ask for an update, i got a bunch of gibberish and was straight out lied to about when my order would be completed. I left them a sample to use as a template and when I got it back it was missing a piece. If you can find another place that does the kind of work that they claim they do, go there!!
