Called the office numerous times, no answer, left multiple messages, no call back or communication. It's been 4 weeks since I reported a leak in my ceiling and no one has came. Called to report mice activity in my 3rd floor apartment, was told an exterminator would come on Friday and nothing. There has been a hole in my bedroom closet floor and they never filled it or fixed it. I guess the previous tenant had cable installed. I'm sure there's mold from the leak in my utility closet given the amount of time its been there. Beyond frustrated. Wish the office would show results instead of talking about providing services that should be addressed immediately and with a sense of urgency. They need to eliminate this mouse invasion, unsanitary and downright disgusting.

To many mice here. I bought this 54 pack Doritos and. Mice eat all our chips and mice cut my daughter clothes too many all new clothes and last time I complain the office and they sent someone to give service and the guys find out lot of dead mice back side the kitchen. And some time when I go restroom to many mice run a way here and there . And hole night running mice . To much disturbing to sleep night time . I am talking seriously not a joke . Every single things mice eat and touch .
When you move out they will give your information to FMS financial solutions. They will put an inquiry on your credit report and to get it removed will take forever. You will have to call landlord tenant affairs just to get your deposit back. If you have any other option take it and DO NOT MOVE HERE. Cidermill and FMS financial solutions should be investigated. Run far away from this place.
Karell was absolutely a joy to work with! She made the move in transition a breeze! Ask for her! You won’t be disappointed. So I honestly can’t say my experience has been too bad so far. You have to understand that you get what you pay for lol so I will advise this. MAKE SURE you see the apartment before you sign a lease. If you’re not buying a car without test driving it don’t sign a lease for a home you can’t see before you live in it lol. You have to stay there so you need to like it lol. Definitely drive around the complex to make sure you’re comfortable with whichever court they place you in. If noise bothers you this ain’t the place lol. My hubby and I are really chill so we can manage with that. Noise is inevitable in certain environments but our neighbors are actually pretty cool so it’s quiet late at night for the most part. Keep your apartment super clean (eucalyptus/mint oil does WONDERS with keeping bugs out your home) Some courts parking isn’t great. Others it’s way more parking so like I said lol make sure whichever units they have available make sure it works for you. If you decide to rent here be practical, save your money, do your research with your home and when it’s time for something better then by all means move to better!
