I was very impressed by the professionalism of Gwen a staff who responded immediately to rescued me yesterday February 11, 2021. I got trapped by their elevator. She did everything she could to keep me calm and safe while their Elevator System technician came to rescued me. I will never change this place ever! Thank you for your great performance on customer services and care. You truly are the best storage company existent in Sardis, BC.

I was charged for a dolly I never touched. I returned the truck with noticeably more fuel then when I received it. I allowed the final invoice to be emailed. An additional 7 charge for a dolly. I do not need to waste my time with a phone call over 7 on a 130 bill. Beware of being up charged.
Extremely happy with the service! I recently moved back to town but I wanted to have my locker set up for when I arrived. While all the mini storage places I called would have set me up over the phone, Diverse took the time to explain everything, get me my paperwork, call to follow-up when necessary and just made my life easier. When I arrived, my locker was ready to go and I was given a tour to make sure I understood how everything worked. They made my moving experience as easy as it could have been. Very happy with my decision to rent from them.
Had my finer cut open while just viewing the lockers. Had almost fainted a few times on the property. Took my first trip to the hospital in 5-10 years yet they won’t do anything to help my loss of work? Horrible management and cheaply made building/latches!

This place is great. Excellent security, very friendly staff, reasonable rates and the best location for my needs. Its always clean and even though its a large building there are plenty of cameras and security. My stuff is safe and easy to get to!
Super friendly ladies at the front, more than willing to help and show you the units. Prices were better than the other places around town. Also super clean units. Highly recommend.
Very impressed with customer service and cleanliness. The agent on site when I arrived was very accommodating considering I had a very tight turnaround time to get back to Vancouver Island. Well done!
