What a better time to shop in naughty shops than in 2020! A facemask is already mandatory! Either way the cashier was super friendly as well as super helpful. The product is top of the line, will return for more lube 10/10
This place has gone down a lot!!!! Are used to love coming here with my wife. Now this place is very ghetto with a lot of black kids running the shop. Their approach makes me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. Too aggressive

I have been a Customer of southwest bookstores for over 28 years. They have always had the best customer service and friendly faces around. Yes it is an adult book store but it always neat and clean. Staff is always there to Answer any questions and if they don't have what you are looking for they will find it. I go way back with this company. And when it comes to couples excitement to keep your marriage excited this is the best place with the best Prices. I suggest you look elsewhere and check their prices then come back I'm pretty sure you rather shop Southwest bookstores then the rest.
