I tried calling back after talking to someone 5 minutes later, had to locate my uncle's social security number, and no one answered, the busy signal after trying to get through 8-10 times with no luck. My uncle does not have his appointment slip so I need appt time and day.

No one ever answers the phone. And when they do, they don't follow through with your request. So i just go up there. And they still sometimes get your information wrong.
