Always wanted a nice wing back and after the passing of my Mother I had a bit of Christmas and Birthday money that I hadn't spent and didn't want to waste so I thought I'd put it towards a nice chair to relax and remember her. After searching online I came across the Chesterfield Sofa company and spoke to Joanne who was more than helpful. We had a 3 hour drive up to the workshop where we were made welcome with a brew and a leisurely chat. I tried a few chairs for size and design and browsed the many colours and materials on offer. It took around 4 weeks to make and deliver which was great and it arrived on the day they said it would. The chair is fantastic and so comfortable. I wouldn't have any issues recommending anyone to use their services and I will definitely be back when my sofa needs replacing. Thank you to all at the Chesterfield Sofa company.

This is the second time that I've used Chesterfield Sofa Company. Last year, I ordered a Captain's Chair for my home office and a Rectangular Foot Stool for an existing Wingback Chair. This year I required a second Captain's Chair for the home office, alongside a smaller foot stool to complement an existing slipper chair in our lounge. Joanne was incredibly helpful in helping me choose the correct colour of the leather and stain for the wooden legs. It took a few weeks for me to fully decide on the correct colours, requiring numerous sample leather swatches and indeed photos of the wood stains, but we gained a near perfect match. The lead time for the items was around 4 weeks, and the new Captain's Chair (traditional legs, not swivel) and square foot stool are of exceptional quality. Overall, my experience was very positive. I would be happy to use again if we need additional items of furniture.
I came within the width of a razor blade of buying a couple of sofas from this organisation but I was made one of those offers that was too tempting to refuse from a furniture retailer for some cancelled sofas. If it was not for this offer, then I would have bought my sofas from this company having visited its showrooms and those of its neighbouring competitors. I found Joanne extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to this company's product line and those of its suppliers. She also took time out to listen and understand my requirements so that she could better target our search for suitable upholstery materials.
Such amazing quality furniture. The workmanship is truly amazing and the leather quality is amazing. We love our Chesterfield sofa! Thank you for providing great customer service; nothing was too much trouble.
