Purchased a groupon voucher for, wash, condition, cut and blow dry, when I arrived l was told there was now an extra charge of 5 to cover the cost of the salon PPE... That's the staffs visors , extra cleaning etc I was told, I am not happy this is not mentioned on Groupon, not on the voucher or in the small print....the hairdresser was very nice and chatty, The cut was OK, apart from a sweeping fringe turned into a chopped straight fringe, won't return, reported the extra charge to groupon.. As people should be made aware at time of purchasin online. , not at the shop when your sat in your gown waiting to have your hair washed.
