Never told me what was happening with my car as they sent it to Sheffield twice without giving me any notice as I sat in the waiting room for several hours. They used more than 40 miles of my fuel and never once offered any discount or payment back even after a complain was made. I didn't mind buying a new tyre for it to pass the MOT but charging me for a job that I later found out wasn't done properly and still didn't get it through its MOT has really changed my mind about using Formula One Autocentres or recommending them to anyone else. Use smaller garages as they seem to be a much better price and more helpful. Their motto \We simply won't be beaten on price\ is certainly a lie that I'll make people aware of.

Very poor service i have been a customer for past couple of years with formula one autocentres. I thought they are genuine but my experience changed the perception. I always book MOT and service with them. When you book MOT with them they always find problem with tires and suspension. and frequently ask to change break oil. they cant find other faults than this. If you get advisory on MOT for suspension take the car to other local garage the suspension advisory will vanish. They use Microscope to find any tiny cut or kerb scratch on your car tires and tell you that they will fail the car MOT otherwise change tire from them . if you want change tire they only got premium tires. Thinking of the practical difficulty we tell them ok change the tire and pass MOT. They are actually taking advantage of customers only looking into the tire issues because they only got massive stock of cheap Chinese tire and they say it is premium tires. This is my 8 years experience with Formula one autocentres. This last time i took my AUDI for MOT they didn't find the real problem they make me to change atleast one tire. Not anymore bye bye.
