Chester Fireplace & Heating Centre

Visited the showroom twice and on both occasions sales staff very very helpful answering our questions without being pushy or over bearing. We ordered on second visit and arranged a fitting date .Fitter arrived on day arranged ,he kept area tidy and clean as possible and has done a very nice job .Very happy and total price was competitive.

We had a chimney liner and cowl and an additional 2 cowls fitted to our other chimneys. Also a chimney sweep had condemned our newish log burner, however on sending photo's and chatting with the sales staff in the shop, we were told our log burner could be repaired, thus saving us almost a 1,000 (the cost of a new log burner). The guys (Sam, Dan and their colleagues) doing the installation really knew their stuff. They were very professional, hard working and went the extra mile. I would recommend them totally. Thanks guys for a great job, I now feel totally safe.
