My experience with Skinners Sheds has been efficient and easy. I went to the Chertsey site and met with Laura who went through all my options. She later visited me to do a measure up and shortly after I received my quote. The shed fitters were quick and happy to deal with a hedge that was slightly in the way. If you’re looking for a quality shed then I would highly recommend Skinners Sheds who are behind the lovely farm shop. I feel I have supported a local business and got an amazing product.

The worst customers experience I have ever had. Finally I have cancelled my order. Buying the shed in the website is easy, but the day after they call you to tell you what the web doesn't tell you. Everything is a problem for them and new cost start to appear if you want the shed. The person who call me from customer service didn't care at all and she didn't try to help me, she gave me 5 months to deliver the shed and no help with the issues. When I said I might have to cancel the order because of the time, she was totally ok with that, she didn't try to give me a solution or alternative, nothing, I was perplex and I told her I need to think about it. After a week the time to deliver of the shed went to 6 months and then I decided to cancel my order as I had found another place with the same shed with much faster delivery. They just lost a sell because of the worst customer service.

This is part of the farmer shop we use. The garden sheds have only been here for a short time. If I needed a shed I think I would use it or defiantly check them out first just to make sure.
