If you were thinking about using this car service... think again! Although we had a good service to JFK for our departing flight we were left STRANDED at the airport when we arrived home. No car to pick us up! Not even a call! I called the driver TWICE to find out where he was... no answer! Then I called the company directly they didn’t know his whereabouts either... they then told me after a very long wait that he said got “a flat tire.” Why didn’t anyone call me??? Why didn’t the driver call the company and have them send a replacement???? WHERE WAS THE COMMUNICATION??? HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE We ended up hailing a cab and had a great ride home with another company after this one said we would have to wait AN ADDITIONAL 30 min! I was disgusted but this company and we will never. ever. ever. use them again!

Was completely satisfied. Everything from making a booking until the end of the trip went smoothly. They called to confirm and took payment info. The most important thing was the price, it was far less than other places I have used. The driver came on time in a new clean car, helped me with my luggage, very courteous and professional. They definitely live up to their name and I will be using again.
Communication was horrible. Got 3 different quotes to and from jfk. 75 for nine way them they changed price ton110 on the way back. Never gave me written quote and will never deal with them. Shame on you
Unbelievable value for the kind of service I received. The price really was cheap but the car they sent me wasn't something I expected. I expected something old and run down, however I was picked up in a new SUV by a very friendly driver named Gagan. He was gracious and professional, he helped with my luggage and was very respectful to my needs. I will use this company all the time now.
My experience was the worst possible. We had arranged for a 6:30 am pick up and no one was here. At 6:47 we received a call that the driver was on his way. Too late! We missed our flight. When I called the office at 6:30 am they couldn’t reach the driver This is no way to run a business and I will provide a horrible rating for anyone who asks. Don’t USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
