They don't check your dogs heart before major operation my dog had a very bad heart told after going a nother vets not impressed at all with willow vets the dog never recovered

Condesending and patronizing and will always ecommend\ the most expensive option. Chased us for money claiming we hadn't paid for vaccinations when it clearly showed on bank statements. Owned Huskies for 31 years and have only ever experienced such a money grabbing nature with this charter vet. Surgery manager was rude on the phone claiming there's no chance she was wrong. We got a second opinion which contradicted what they said and funnily enough it was 305 cheaper and the pup made a full recovery.
